Who are we?
A very warm welcome to Mid-Cheshire Community Church—one church family meeting in two locations. As part of the Assemblies of God, Great Britain, UK, we are a community of ordinary people who have discovered the extraordinary love of Jesus, and we love journeying through life and faith together.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple desire: to know Jesus more and to make His love known. We gather to worship, to pray, to learn from God’s Word, and to encourage one another as we follow Christ in our everyday lives. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or have walked with God for many years, you are welcome here.

Mid-Cheshire Community Church is a place where friendships grow, families are supported, and people from all backgrounds can find a sense of belonging. Together we celebrate Jesus as Lord, seek the presence of God, and share His love with our community and beyond.

OUR TEAM
The Senior Pastor
In March 2020, our Pastor Antony, who is certified as an AoG minister, joined us after experiencing God's call to head the Church. With his wife, Åsa, he has two kids. Both of them are passionate about God's presence, the health and expansion of the church, and share a strong call to Middlewich and the nearby Cheshire villages and hamlets.
Notably, to name a few milestones since his arrival,

Soon after commencing his role, he guided the church through the challenging period of the 2020–2021 pandemic.

Oversaw the 2022 purchase of our current building.

In partnership with Alsager Community Church, led the 2024 church planting of Sandbach Community Church.
Antony clearly knows God's faithfulness is why we have made it this far, and our greater days are ahead.
OUR STORY
Ron Hicklin founded Mid-Cheshire Community Church, a Pentecostal Church, under the umbrella of Assemblies Of God Home Missions in April 1981. Steve Kemp, the church's first pastor, served from August 1981 to 1993. The church expanded during the ensuing decades, and our current pastor, Antony, joined us in March 2020 responding to God's call to shepherd His church. We are excited about what God is doing and what He has in store for us!
